The Odisha government on Sunday declared 10 per cent hike in DA for its employees with retrospective effect from January 1, 2014, official sources said here.
The announcement of the hike would now raise the allowance to 100 per cent in line with central government employees and benefit about five lakh state government employees and pensioners.
